Shipping & Returns

SHIPPING & DELIVERY :

We ship all orders within 3-7 business days of placement and customized orders may take up to one week to ship. If an item sells out and becomes back ordered you will be informed of the shipping delay. Please double check your shipping information, as we are NOT responsible for incorrectly input shipping addresses.

Domestic

All domestic orders ship USPS priority mail. Please allow 3-5 business days for Riley Vintage to process and ship orders. Once orders are processed,customers will receive an email from USPS confirming shipping along with a tracking number. Upon shipment, please allow 1-3 business days to receive. If your shipping address contains a unit or an apartment number your order may be shipped with Signature Confirmation.

Please Note: Riley Vintage is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

International

All international orders ship via USPS for a flat rate of $60. This rate is the Priority option with tracking. The customer will be notified with that tracking number upon shipment.

Please note that delivery is contingent upon the time it takes to pass through customs. Riley Vintage does not have access to information on how long packages take to pass through customs, so please be patient.

International orders may require additional information and therefore can delay processing. If there are any issues, Riley Vintage will contact customer via email.

Orders are subject to additional taxes, duties, or custom fees which may be levied once shipment reaches destination country. Riley Vintage is not responsible for any charges imposed by destination country. Customer is responsible for paying any charges for customs clearance. For additional information on these charges, please contact your local customs office.

By law, Riley Vintage must declare all items at their full price and cannot alter the amount to decrease customs fees.

 

RETURNS :


All orders are non-refundable and only may be eligible for store credit. If you have received a damaged or unsatisfactory piece you must contact Riley Vintage within 48 hours of receipt. If 48 hours from delivery have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you an exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging with any and all tickets and tags still attached.

Gift cards are final sale and are no eligible for any refund.

If an Exchange is Needed :
To complete your exchange, we require you to obtain a Riley Vintage RA number before shipping any items back.

Please do not send your purchase back without a proper RA Number. Items received without confirmed RA number will not be accepted.

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. Your store credit will be issued at that time. We can only provide store credit. No refunds will be provided.


If you are approved for a return, then a credit will automatically be applied to your Riley Vintage account, within 7-10 business days.



Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be returned, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@rileyvintage.com for an RA number to begin the exchange process.

Gifts
If you received a Riley Vintage item as a gift and the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received to Riley Vintage HQ, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, you will need to have the gift giver contact us to start the return process.

Shipping a Return
The return process and shipping information will being upon an RA request.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item if there are no damages or defects. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a store credit, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance in order to guarantee the receipt of the package.
